infolio is an all-in-one note-taking software that provides the following features:

• Rich note-taking types (text, images, audio, video, etc.)
• Multi-platform synchronization and backup functions
• Official sync sources and custom sync source support
• Data export and backup functions

3. User Account

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
• Maintain the security of your account password and not disclose it to third parties
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You are fully responsible for all content created, uploaded, stored, or shared through infolio (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"):

• You retain ownership of your User Content
• You guarantee that User Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights
• You may not upload or share illegal, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content
• We have the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms

5. Data Synchronization and Backup

infolio provides the following data synchronization and backup options:

• Official Sync Source: Use infolio's cloud service for automatic synchronization and backup
• Custom Sync Source: You can configure your own server or third-party storage service

You understand and agree that:

• Data synchronization may be affected by network conditions
• You are responsible for the security and stability of custom sync sources
• We recommend regularly backing up important data
• We do not assume any liability for data loss or corruption

6. Intellectual Property

infolio and all related intellectual property rights belong to the infolio team. You agree to:

• Not copy, modify, distribute, or sell infolio software
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code
• Not remove or modify copyright information
• Preserve all rights statements in infolio

7. Privacy Protection

We value your privacy protection. Please see our Privacy Policy. Using infolio means you agree to our privacy policy.

8. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the following rights:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service at any time
• Set usage limits on free services
• Suspend or terminate services for users who violate these Terms

infolio is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee:
